Its been almost half a year since my last journal update!

So much has happened, but I'm too lazy to write all about it, so here's a few of the bigger events:

Most recently i went to the 2009 Cologne game convention, very nice! won some prizes from a contest, looked for job offers, walked until it hurt. It was packed with people as expected, maybe 10% of which were cosplayers. Never before has 10 been such a big number...
I won the game Aion, sorta like Guild Wars but you get these massive wings on every character. Looks cool. Also won a t-shirt. Looking around the Blizzard stand (the Warcraft peoples, ya know), seems they're hiring! Well that would be a great company to work for, seeing as how I'd have to move to either France or Ireland, according to their pamphlet anyway. All in all, successful trip.

I became part of a team currently working on creating a free online pet game via V-Petsite, very tentatively named Lunaire. But! As most people have their own lives to live, a large percentage of the staff have been otherwise occupied and can only help out with the site in the spare time they so rarely get. So, if you or someone you know loves a nice pet game and has any talent as an artist, writer, coder/programmer, web designer, or anything you think would be an asset in making a pet game...go check it out! We'd love to have even more dedicated staff members. Don't think your skills are up to it? No worries, just become a regular member and throw your ideas out there, we'll listen.
